Your main challenges and responsibilities will be:
- Help CRM Consultant to conduct weekly meetings with every CS and PM team
- Manage tasks on ClickUp in a streamlined way
- Master Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub completely
- Understand HubSpot settings completely
- Craft properties, pipelines, workflows, lists, forms, chatflows, reports and other implementations
To be successful in your position, we require you be knowledgeable in:
- Experience in Marketing, Sales and/or Customer Success in the digital realm
- Full professional proficiency in English language
- Analitycal-minded with laser-focus attention to detail
- Able to take role ownership without the need of micromanagement
- Open to give, receive and ask for feedback when needed
Experience building CRM architecture in HubSpot, Salesforce or similar platforms, Database management in Excel/Google Sheets and Understanding of project management tools like Trello, ClickUp or similar is desirable
