They are a single-source logistics provider based in Guelph, Ontario, Canada who deliver shipping solutions for clients throughout North America.
The project's goal was to redesign and develop two different calculators, improving their functionalities in the process. There were two different tools to develop:
Added to these functionalities, we wanted to make these calculators a new source of leads.
We started by planning a simple, user-friendly and stylish design. In the meantime, our development team began their investigation stage to find out how to integrate these calculators with HubSpot.
In this line we dedicated part of our weekly sessions to gather all the necessary information to determine the requirements of each of them so that we could translate them into concrete, action items.
The design phase was pretty straightforward because it aligned with the brand kit and the other designs for the website. On the other hand, the development efforts had many iterations, as we came up with better solutions for past roadblocks as we moved forward.
To get the most out of these calculators in HubSpot and make them a source of leads, we connected them with Freightzy's sales process through ticket creation, workflows and internal email automation.
