The first step in the Inbound Methodology is to bring relevant traffic to your page — people who don't know you yet but that would be interested by what you have to offer, and potentially become a client. 

Inbound marketing uses organic tools instead of paid tools, like Ads, in order to accomplish this. The three most important tools are SEO, Blogs, and Social Media.

Step 2

Close

At this point, you are already generating leads. In 'Close' stage leads are nurtured with quality content (such as emails and workflows) so that they continue through our sales funnel, to eventually become happy clients of your brand. In order for this to work, it is necessary for your Sales and Marketing teams to be perfectly aligned in order to close the sale.  

This phase includes tools like: a CRM, email marketing, and the implementation of automated workflows.

Delight

This stage is focused on cultivating happy clients. Some of the tools used in this stage include: surveys, intelligent content (content that changes depending on who is visiting your site), and monitoring your social networks. 

This stage is vital to retaining your hard-earned clients.
