Calzetta Neumáticos is a prominent Argentine automotive retail and service company specializing in tires, wheels, batteries, and comprehensive vehicle maintenance. Based in Buenos Aires (with physical branches in areas like San Martín, San Isidro, and Villa Maipú), the company operates both as a traditional brick-and-mortar provider and a robust nationwide e-commerce platform.
The project aimed to move Calzetta Neumáticos from a spreadsheet-driven, ad-hoc commercial operation to a disciplined, auditable HubSpot-based sales process, with clear pipelines, a single source of truth for data, and automation to recover dormant revenue and give leadership real-time visibility.
Like many growing companies, the shift often starts with moving from spreadsheets to automation in order to reduce friction and improve consistency.
The engagement faced several challenges:
Digifianz designed and deployed a two-pipeline architecture in HubSpot, with a 5-stage lead pipeline and a 6-stage deal pipeline, governed by Pipeline Rules that enforce deal creation at qualification and prevent stage-skipping. As operations mature, that usually requires stronger process alignment in HubSpot so teams can scale with fewer manual steps.
This moved the commercial team into a disciplined, auditable process with standardized loss reasons and required properties.
The team consolidated approximately 1,407 companies and 626 contacts into HubSpot, giving leadership a single, centralized view of the account base for the first time. They implemented a three-step reactivation sequence for dormant clients, combining automated emails and WhatsApp or call tasks, supported by an "Inactive Client" workflow.
In addition, three dashboards were created—Sales Team Performance, Deal Analytics, and Lead Pipeline Overview—so the commercial director could access real-time pipeline and performance visibility. Decoupling the ERP integration from the core go-live allowed the client to fully adopt HubSpot without waiting on the external vendor.
Further opportunities include implementing HubSpot’s native WhatsApp channel, replacing manual trackable-link workarounds with two-way messaging logged on contact records, plus workflow automation and reporting on this primary commercial channel. There is also potential to adopt Marketing Hub to leverage the migrated contact base and existing reactivation logic for structured email nurturing and seasonal campaigns, moving from reactive sequences to proactive demand generation.
Finally, Service Hub could formalize the Support function with tickets, introduce lead scoring, and expand user seats as the commercial team grows.
Through a structured HubSpot implementation, disciplined pipeline design, and targeted automation, Digifianz helped Calzetta Neumáticos transition from fragmented, spreadsheet-based sales management to a governed, data-driven commercial operation, while laying a clear foundation for future growth in marketing, service, and channel integration.
