About Clusterciar:

Clusterciar is a prominent Argentine corporate ecosystem with over 30 years of experience delivering comprehensive engineering, technology, and talent solutions to the energy, mining, and industrial sectors. Comprising multiple specialized firms with over 800 professionals, the group operates in strategic hubs like Vaca Muerta and offers international services to drive operational competitiveness.

Project and Goal:

The project centered on migrating from Bitrix to HubSpot while ensuring that the transition was handled smoothly and successfully. Specifically, this initiative was structured as an Enhanced Enterprise Sales and Core Marketing project, aimed at deploying advanced sales pipelines alongside a foundational marketing infrastructure.

Making reference to the need to combine CRM migration with a more structured commercial foundation, we also covered how this type of HubSpot implementation can support a more scalable CRM setup in this article.

A key goal was to give the client confidence by resolving the migration effectively, aligning these new platform capabilities with their business model, and establishing a productive, fluid collaboration throughout the project.

Main Challenges:

The initiative faced several challenges:

  • Migration from another CRM, specifically Bitrix, with all the complexity and risk this implies.

  • Management of custom objects within the new CRM, requiring careful configuration and alignment with existing processes.

  • A diffuse scope, which demanded ongoing clarification and close coordination with the client.

Despite these challenges, the team was able to create a strong working dynamic and maintain clear, effective communication.

Results:

The willingness to carry out the migration from Bitrix was a strong starting point for the client, giving them confidence that this critical phase would be resolved successfully. The migration outcome reassured them and validated the chosen approach.

Throughout the process, the team and client developed a good dynamic, communicated very well, and achieved a high level of fluidity in the way the project was managed.

This combination of technical execution and interpersonal trust became a defining result of the engagement.

Additional opportunities:

The positive experience in managing the migration, custom objects, and evolving scope opens opportunities to deepen the collaboration. Building on the established trust, good communication, and project fluidity, there is potential to refine processes further, expand CRM usage, and continue aligning the platform with the client’s changing needs.

Conclusion:

The case of Clusterciar illustrates how a complex migration from Bitrix, combined with custom object management and an initially diffuse scope, can be turned into a successful CRM project through goodwill, clear communication, and a fluid working relationship. The successful resolution of the migration and the strong collaboration established during the project create a solid foundation for future improvements and continued partnership.
